Hilariously, part of Dean's healing journey has involved cultivating a relationship with cannabis. During a month-long music tour around the US on his motorcycle in July of 2021, Dean found himself killing time at his Uncle's house in the hills of BFE Virginia, picking his guitar on the porch, smoking a joint and digging the mountainside as the sun fell low and eventually under the ridgeline.
Before he knew it, his pad of paper was out and this song was damn near finished on the bench beside him, in his handwriting. Thus a fan favorite was born.
